In another innovative campaign, SM partnered with SVEN to create a rich online-to-offline campaign for Filipino kids and their families to address the limitations children faced from being stuck at home during the pandemic. Through activities such as the AR-powered SuperKids Hunt, costume contests, magic shows, performances, parades, and various forms of play, the brand successfully delivered a super experience for SuperKids to explore, imagine, and learn.

SVEN x Teleperformance: The Public

To dispel the myths and stereotypes surrounding the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry which cause BPO employees to feel ashamed of the work that they do, Teleperformance Philippines (TP) and SVEN launched The Public!
This online video series gave real BPO employees a platform for genuine conversations about real issues they were facing, allowing them to transform these misconceptions into realistic and motivating experiences. Not only did these conversations encourage new recruits to pursue a career with TP, but it also instilled pride in those who were part of the industry, making them less afraid to speak up.
